“Three years after they recommissioned my solar thermal it still doesn’t work properly. I get that unforeseen things happen. My issue is they never reply to emails and phone calls. I’m forever chasing, I have sooo many emails with no response, they say they’ll do something and don’t. A complete waste of time.
In the end have given up getting them to get it working properly as they just haven’t replied. I was even happy to pay additional to get the source of the leaks sorted. How can a company be so bad at replying is beyond me. I paid for it to be recommissioned, I haven’t got that, I’ve got a system with the pressure constantly dropping so it’s basically useless.”

“GEO M&E were commissioned to conduct an independent audit of an installation done by Renewables of Hampshire as the heating system newly installed and 'completed' (with a certificate) wasn't working, was losing pressure in a few days and using extraordinary amounts of electricity due to a long list of issues with the installation.I had to find a suitable and more qualified and professional company to complete the work. That's GEO M&E. A great family business, efficient, good value and professional. They conducted a full audit and found 12 issues including incorrectly fitted pump, incorrectly sized plumbing, wrongly wired thermostats, leaks in the main feeds, an poorly commissioned heat pump (certificated by the previous Co), parts fitted incorrectly or that weren't necessary and parts omitted that are required by legislation. The system was also not set up resulting in huge bills for January and February (£5-600 per month). From the initial design( (done after the installation I since found out) the heat pump is now 20% oversized. We effectively had a dangerous installation. So onto GEO who found everything that was wrong, fixed it, tidied up the pipework, rewired the dangerous and wrong bits and corrected all the issues, reinstalled the pump and all insulation which was also incorrect and against regulations and then commisssioned the whole system. It doesn't leak, the temperatures are now correct, its safe, it works as it should and they have done a fantastic job. On top of that they turn up when they say they will, are always smart and clean, leave no mess and are a nice bunch of people. If you want something done right use GEO M&E and not anyone I may have mentioned already. Thanks Ed and Ollie.”

“Called last Monday to have a pipe reconnected out the front and a pipe put in on our boiler.
Tuesday the man came to do the job, he ordered the wrong part so had to come back a few days later when he had the right one, came back a few days later only to tell me he once again didn’t have another part he needed. During this time we had no hot water and no heating. We have 3 children under 6. We were classed as an emergency. It was only the following Tuesday, so a full week he finally arrived with the correct part to finish the job.
A full week without a way to bath and heat our home. No compassion and no want to help.
Will not be using again. Utterly terrible treatment and no care for the nature of the needs of the house.”

Facebook“I was recommend to Ed and the team through a friend and he kindly said he would come over and inspect the boiler himself. Immediately he was friendly, knowledgable, explained exactly what he could see were the problems with the boiler and offered me to either look to repair the faults and the process he would go through or he can quote a new boiler. The boiler was 24 years old so we opted for the new option. Today 2 engineers (Steve and Doug) turned up, laid down protective sheets over the floors, had the old boiler out and the new boiler in by the end of the day, demonstrated how to use the controls, payment was done there and then and the customer service the entire journey was absolutely 5 star. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them. They even explained that they would be in contact within 11 months to make sure the boiler was serviced for us. I am extremely impressed!”
